‘Amuser’

Today in French class we learnt all about the different ways to say ‘I’m having fun’ in French. The summary is below.

Je m’amuse bien – means ‘I’m having fun’

Délirante – literally ‘delirious’, but it often means to have ‘crazy levels of fun’

Amusant – adjective, means ‘funny’ or ‘amusing’. This is why you can’t say ‘Je suis amusant’ unless you’re trying to say ‘I’m funny’

Rigolo – also means ‘funny/amusing’

Génial – means ‘cool’ or ‘great’ or ‘awesome’. It basically can be used to describe any situation/thing/person that you like.

À bientôt 🙂
